Boot Camp the Bombshell way!

Build core, upper and lower body strength for lyra, pole and the floor. This is a circuit based class and incorporates an aerobic warm up, conditioning techniques (on the apparatus and the floor) and a relaxing stretch at the end.

8 Weeks | 1.5hr session
$70 for enrolled students (select payment plan option)
$140 for non-enrolled students (someone who is not enrolled into another class)

* Our policy regarding 'catch ups' for this class does not apply. If you miss a session, you are not entitled to a catch up class.
* $40 cash for casual attendance
